摘 要:针对无刷直流电机的工作特性,在电磁设计基础上,提出一种基于场路耦合法的无刷直流电机系统分析与设计方法。该方法建立在无刷直流电机电磁场有限元分析模型和电气控制系统模型基础上,即通过电磁场与电气系统的耦合协同仿真分析,精确设计无刷直流电机系统。在此基础上建立了对应的实验系统。实验结果与分析结果一致,表明该分析设计方法的正确性和可实现性。
Abstract: On the basis of electro-magnetic design for Brushless DC motor(BLDC),a novel method using fieldcircuit coupled co-simulation was suggested to design BLDC and its control system to satisfy the operation demand for BLDC.The electro-magnetic model using the finite element analysis and the electrical control system model were established to implement the co-simulation analysis by means of field-circuit coupled method to design the BLDC system accurately.Simulation results can reflect the BLDC operation performance and the coupling characteristics between motor and control system.An experimental system corresponding to the simulation system was established and the experimental result is in accordance with the simulation result,which proved the validity and feasibility of the proposed design method.
