摘 要:直接转矩控制是一种高性能的电机控制方法,它能实现转矩的快速响应,并且能有效的减小转矩脉动,目前已经成熟的应用在三相异步电机和永磁同步电机上。文章利用在两相静止坐标系中转子磁链分量对转子位置角的变化率与定子电流分量的乘积来计算无刷直流电机的电磁转矩;对开关管采用120°导通时的空间电压矢量进行了定义,并根据此定义制定开关表。仿真和试验证明,将直接转矩控制应用于无刷直流电机(Brushless DC Motor,BLDCM)上,同样能够实现转矩响应快,转矩脉动小的控制性能。 关键词:无刷直流电机;直接转矩控制;转矩脉动;空间电压矢量
Abstract: Direct Torque Control(DTC)is a high performance control method,which can reduce torque ripple and produce excellent torque dynamic response.Now,DTC has been used for induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor successfully.By solving calculation of torque in BLDC which has trapezoidal flux-link,the definition of space voltage vector based on conduction mode and the selection of switch table,applied the DTC to BLDCMs.The simulating and experimental results show that DTC can be use to BLDCMs and have better performance as to induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor.
