摘要: 霍尔传感器的安装位置直接决定无刷直流电机的工作效率,影响电机换相脉动;提出三种通用的霍尔传感器定位法:短时脉冲定位法、磁势计算法、相角补偿法。利用PWM控制方式分别对三种方法进行了验证,试验数据表明,三种方法均可以实现电机的正常换相,换相脉动小,安装误差非常小;可供工程技术人员参考借鉴。

Abstract: The working efficiency and effect of commutation ripple of BLDCM are directly determined by the installation position of hall sensor. This paper presented three general methods of hall sensor positioning method: short pulse positioning method, magnetic potential calculation method and phase compensation method. Via PWM control methods to validate these methods, and the experimental data show that three methods can achieve normal commutation, low commutation ripple and low installation errors.
