摘要:在Matlab/Simulink下建立了无刷直流电动机驱动系统模型,分别针对定子绕组开路、短路和霍尔位置传感器开路这三种故障进行了仿真研究,并针对定子绕组开路和霍尔传感器开路这两种故障进行了实验验证。利用仿真模型对驱动系统动态负载的特性进行研究,通过仿真与实验结果,对故障状态与动态负载下的电机参数进行对比分析,揭示了电机转速、相电流和电磁转矩在两种状态下的参数差异。研究结论对无刷直流电动机驱动系统的故障检测与保护研究提供了参考依据。

Abstract: A brushless DC motor drive system model based on Matlab/Simulink was constituted. Three kinds of failures of the BLDCM including stator winding open-circuit fault, stator winding short-circuit and position sensor fault were simulated respectively. The simulation results were verified by experiment. In addition, the effect of the dynamic load was studied in the simulation. Parameters of system were compared between fault state and dynamic load state. References to fault detection and protection of brushless DC motor were provided.
