摘要:无刷直流电动机是目前功率密度较高的电机之一。然而对于通过调整占空比来实现调速的这种传统控制方式,电机的相电流波形是带有尖峰的非理想矩形波,这样一来无刷直流电机高功率密度的优势将得不到体现。本文将针对这一问题,在基于被控对象为六相无刷直流电动机的条件下,提出一种峰值电流控制策略,试图达到削弱永磁电机非换相期间转矩脉动的目的,进而达到削弱因控制原因所引发的转矩脉动。
关键词:无刷直流电动机;峰值电流控制策略 Abstract: The PM BLDCM is one of the motors which have higher power density. But for the traditional control method by adjusting plus width to control motor speed, the phase current is non-ideal trapezoidal current, in that way, the advantages of high power for BLDCM is unclear. This essay mainly paid attention to peak current control method based on 6 phases PM BLDCM, trying to reduce communication torque ripple in order to reduce torque ripple caused by control method.
