摘要:开关式霍尔位置传感器是一种霍尔效应传感器,可以用来检测转子磁极位置,指示无刷直流电动机换相。然而,电机运转过程中,如果霍尔位置传感器发生故障,将导致无刷直流电动机换相错误,严重时甚至使绕组电流急剧增加,将电机烧毁。为此,本文在对霍尔位置传感器故障模式进行分析的基础上,提出了一种基于线性外推的故障检测与信号矫正算法。该算法根据霍尔位置传感器输出信号的先验信息,推测出下一个脉冲时刻,进而对实际脉冲信号进行故障判别和矫正。对某型无刷直流电动机的实验结果表明,以上算法是可行的。

Abstract: Switchmode Hall position sensor is a kind of sensors based on Hall effects, which is used for detecting BLDCM rotor position to direct motor commutation. However, Hall position sensor would have some faults, which will lead to incorrect commutation, in some case current would have a sudden jump, which may burn the motor. After the analysis of Hall position sensor fault mode, a fault detection and correction algorithm based on linear extrapolation was proposed. Algorithm detected and corrected Hall position sensor fault by predicting the time when next pulse came, which was calculated by former Hall position sensor information. Experimental result on one BLDCM shows that this algorithm is feasible.
