摘要:无刷直流屏蔽电动机属于特种电机,广泛用于离心泵的驱动,电机转子沉浸在输送液体中,因略去了动密封或磁力耦合装置,具有体积小,寿命长及综合效率高等优点,近年来被广泛应用并迅速发展。然而当电机运行时,屏蔽套内会存在旋转磁场,若屏蔽套为导电材料,则会产生涡流损耗。本文介绍一种155 W微型无刷直流屏蔽电动机屏蔽套损耗数值计算与二维有限元仿真过程,并对电机性能进行优化设计。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;屏蔽电动机;涡流损耗计算 Abstract: Brushless DC canned motor is a kind of special motor. In recent years, it is used widely to centrifugal pump. For the rotor of motor is immersed in the liquid, because of omit the dynamic seal or the magnetic coupling installation, so the advantages of small size, the long life, the high comprehensive efficiency. While the motor is running, the magnetic field in air gap cuts the can, which will result in eddy current. The eddy current losses influences on the performance of the motor in some degree. The paper deserved the research on 155 W brushless DC canned motor calculation of eddy current losses and using the 2D finite element method of the performance parameters.
