摘 要:通过建立无刷双馈电机(BDFM)同步运行时的等效电路,将各电量分解为实部和虚部,推导了同步运行时的非线性数学方程,探讨了方程的求解方法。在等效电路的基础上,通过给定参数和输入条件,计算无刷双馈电机在控制绕组采用恒压频比控制方式下的输出转矩范围。仿真和实验结果证明,该等效电路能较好地反映无刷双馈电机同步运行时的运行状态,为分析计算提供了有效的工具,但是不能反映失步的问题,因此具有一定的局限性。

Abstract: Integrated(ISAD Integrated started alternator damper system)vehicle system,motor must have the merits of high efficiency,high power density and low pulsating torque.Halbach motor is a novel permanent magnetic(PM)motor.A sinusoidal field was produced by the special distribution of permanent magnets.The field can increase the air-gap flux while decrease the rotor yoke flux.The result can improve power density and reduce volume of the motor.The paper compiles Halbach motor design software firstly,then give insight research for Halbach motor and traditional permanent magnetic(PM)motor by finite element analysis of ANSYS,Experiment results prove Halbach motor has much more advantages in ISAD vehicle system than traditional permanent magnet motor.
