摘 要:针对由于无位置传感器无刷直流电机换相不准确导致的非导通相续流问题,提出一种无刷直流电机换相点自校正方法。通过分析指出,换相准确时,换相前后非换相相电流偏差为零,并以此为目标,通过PI控制器对反电动势过零点的延时角度进行实时地调节,获得正确的换相点。实验结果验证了该方法的可行性及有效性。 关键词:无刷直流电机;无位置传感器;非导通相续流;换相点校正
Abstract: To eliminate diode freewheeling of sensorless BLDCM caused by incorrect commutation, this paper proposed a commutation self-emendation method based on non-commutation phase current. Through the analysis, the difference of non-commutation phase current before and after commutation is zero. So this method used PI controller to adjust the commutation timely for compensating the position phase error. The validity of the method is verified by experiments.
