标题:新型筒式halbach永磁调速器的设计、建模及优化

摘要:将Halbach永磁阵列应用于筒式永磁调速器的磁极阵列中,设计了一种新型筒式Halbach永磁调速器;提出基于等效磁路法建立筒式Halbach永磁调速器的磁路解析模型,在此基础上进一步推导出涡流损耗以及输出转矩的解析模型;建立了新型筒式Halbach永磁调速器的优化目标函数,对和声搜索算法进行改进并将其用于新型筒式halbach永磁调速器目标函数的求解得到了新型筒式halbach永磁调速器的最优结构;最后,进行仿真研究。

Abstract: This article apply the halbach permanent magnet array to the magnetic pole array of the barreltype permanent magnet adjustable speed driver for the first time, and a a new barreltype halbach permanent magnet adjustable speed driver was designed; An analytical model of the magnetic circuit of the barreltype permanent magnet adjustable speed driver was established based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method for the first time, and the analytical model of eddy current loss and output torque was further deduced; The objective function of the new barreltype halbach permanent magnet adjustable speed driver was established, then the harmony search algorithm was improved and used to solve the objective function and the optimal structure of the new barreltype halbach permanent magnet adjustable speed driver was obtained;Finally, conducted a simulation study.
