摘 要:过流保护电路一般采用把通过电压比较器输出的过流信号与DSP产生的PWM信号共同经过与非门后送给驱动模块控制信号端以封锁脉冲输出的方式,其硬件设计上较为复杂,在电路板上所占空间较大。为了简化电路设计,节省电路空间,增强系统的可靠性,提出了利用新型可关断功放的设计方案。首先,分析了该过流电路的系统构成和工作原理,接着分别对各部分电路进行设计,最后说明了其软件实现的设计流程。实验表明:利用该新型可关断功放简化了电路设计,增强了系统的可靠性。该方法已成功应用于某型机载光电系统中,并经过试飞验证。 关键词:过流保护电路;机载光电系统;可靠性
Abstract: Over-current protection circuits usually use signal to block output of driver module, that the signal was gained by over-current signal of voltage comparator and PWM signal of dsp transit NAND gate, it is complex in hardware design and that its impropriating space is more. In order to simplify circuit, economize space and increase reliability of system, put forward design scheme using a novel GTO power amplifier. First, structure and working principle of system were analyzed, then each part circuit were designed, finally software design flow was illuminated. The experiment show that the circuit design is simplified using the novel GTO power amplifier, increased the reliability of system. This way has been applied to certain high altitude and speed airborne photoelectric reconnaissance and the flight-test validated it.
