摘要:针对模拟PI控制直流PWM调速方法电路复杂、可靠性差的缺点,设计了一种基于AT89S52单片机为核心的数字PI控制直流PWM调速系统。介绍了硬件电路的设计和相关软件编程,并运用Matlab的Simulink和SimPower Systems工具箱、面向系统电气原理结构图的仿真方法建立直流脉宽可逆调速系统的仿真模型,对设计方案进行了仿真验证。 关键词:数字PI;AT89S52单片机;直流电机;PWM可逆调速
Abstract: Focusing on the shortcomings of analog PI control DC PWM speed control method circuit complexity and poor reliability, digital DC PWM speed-regulation system was designed based on MCU. The design of hardware circuit and software programming was intruduced. And Matlab/Simulink, power system toolbox, and electrical schematic diagram for the system simulation method was used to build the simulation model of DC PWM reversible speed control system.
