摘要:本文对粘弹性摩擦层在定子上的环形行波超声波电机定转子接触模型进行了研究。首先,同时考虑了超声波电机摩擦层的法向和切向变形及摩擦材料的非线性,研究了摩擦接触区粘滑分布情况,进而计算电机的机械特性,并对摩擦层分别在定子和转子上的电机机械特性进行比较,理论分析表明摩擦层在定子上的电机机械性能要优于摩擦层在转子上的电机。最后,对理论分析的结果进行实验验证,理论分析结果与实验结果基本吻合,验证了接触模型的正确性。
关键词:超声波电机;接触模型;粘滑分布;机械特性 Abstract: The objective of this paper is to study the contact model of the ring type traveling wave ultrasonic motor with viscoelastic friction layer on the stator. Firstly, the stick-slip distribution of the contact area was analyzed by taking into account the normal and the tangential deformations as well as the nonlinearity of the frictional material. Afterwards, the mechanical performance of the motor was calculated. Different mechanical performances of motors with friction layer on the stator and the rotor respectively were compared, and it was indicated that the performance of motor with friction layer on the stator was better than that of motor with friction layer on the rotor. Furthermore, the experiment was conducted and good agreement between the analytical result and experimental result was observed, which verified the validity of the proposed model.
