摘要:本文对介绍了冷轧无取向电工钢的生产流程以及半工艺钢相比全工艺钢的性能优势,分析了半工艺钢的成本优势和市场优势。此外,还分别测试了半工艺与全工艺电工钢的材料性能、铁心单位铁损、冲片涂层电阻以及其对应的电机综合性能,以验证半工艺电工钢相比全工艺电工钢在电机运用中的优势。
关键词:全工艺;半工艺;电工钢;电机;效率;测试;涂层 Abstract: The paper introduced the production process of the cold rolling non-oriented electrical steels, and introduced the performance advantage of the full-processed steels over the semi-processed steels, analyzed the cost and market advantage of the semi-processed on motor applications. Besides, it respectively tested the material performance, stator core-loss, interlamination resistance and the over-all motor performance of the products made of full-processed and semi-processed steels, in order to verify the application advantage of the semi-processed steels compared with the full-processed steels.
