摘要:本文以一台8.8kW扶梯用永磁电机为例,建立该电机的三维温度场计算模型,利用有限元的方法,对其在额定功率下的三维温度场进行了计算分析。通过计算结果与实验结果对比,验证了所建模型的合理性和计算方法的准确性,为该种永磁电机的三维温度场计算提供了参考依据。
关键词:永磁电动机;三维温度场;扶梯用电动机 Abstract: This paper was based on a 8.8kW ladder with permanent magnet motor for example, the calculation model was established for the 3D temperature field of the motor, using the finite element method, calculated and analyzed of the 3D temperature field under rated power. By comparison the calculating results with the test results, it proved that the established temperature field model was reasonable and this method was verified, which was a good reference to the 3D temperature field calculation of the permanent magnet motor.
