标题:感应电机常见故障及关键故障诊断技术分析

摘要:感应电机因其结构简单,运行方便,制造成本低等优良性能,在工业中广泛应用。由于电机运行中的故障会引起系统的连串反应,从而造成巨大的经济损失甚至是人员伤亡,电机故障诊断技术一直是国内外学者的研究热点。而随着现代工业系统自动化、集成化,智能化和精密化发展,预先识别电机故障和不稳定运行状态,及时排除故障成为电机故障诊断研究的关键技术。本文在分析了大量的故障类型及经典故障检测方法的基础上,概括了近年来人工智能诊断方法的最新研究近展,最后对电机故障诊断未来的研究方向做了合理的研究预测。

Abstract: Induction motor widely used in industrial because of its simple structure, easy operation, excellent performance and low manufacturing costs. Motor fault in the operation of the system will cause a series of reactions, resulting in huge economic losses and even casualties. Motor fault diagnosis has been a research focus of domestic and foreign scholars. With the modern industrial system more automated, integrated, intelligent and precision, preidentified motor failure and instability running, timely troubleshooting become a key technology motor fault diagnosis. Based on the analysis of the basis of a large number of fault types and classical fault detection methods, in this paper, after analyzing a large number of fault types and classical fault detection methods , summarized the latest research in recent exhibition diagnostic methods of artificial intelligence. Finally future research direction of motor fault diagnosis made a reasonable study predicts.
