摘 要:为进一步提高感应电机矢量调速系统的性能,介绍了一种改进的参数离线辨识方案。系统通过自动进行直流实验、单相交流实验和空载实验来辨识感应电机的参数。所提出的改进方案可以有效消除集肤效应和死区效应所产生的辨识误差。对方案进行了详细分析,介绍了具体实现过程;最后将这种参数辨识方法应用到11 kW感应电机矢量控制系统。实验结果验证了方案的有效性。 关键词:参数辨识;离线;感应电动机;集肤效应;死区效应;实验
Abstract: Proposed an improved induction motor off-line parameter identification scheme for vector controlled AC motor drives.The inverter drives automatically performed the DC test,the single-phase test,and the no-load test to calculate all the machine parameters during self-commissioning period.The proposed scheme can eliminate the parameter identification error due to the skin and dead-time effects.Introduced the scheme principle and the implement method in detail.Experimental results demonstrated the feasibility of the parameter identification method in 11 kW vector controlled induction motor drive system.
