摘 要:该文对一种用于钟表等精密仪器的永磁无刷直流电机进行了有限元分析,采用外转子结构以实现直接驱动,可以实现低转速、高转矩、高功率密度和变速运行。着重叙述怎样借助Microsoft Visual C++ 60软件来实现对该种电机的磁感应强度和电磁转矩的有限元分析,进而得出各种特性曲线。 关键词:永磁无刷直流电机;外转子;有限元分析;C++
Abstract: In this paper, Carried on the finite element analysis to a permament magnet brushless DC motor using for precision instruments. The proposed motor is specical for its exterior rotor structure, which can realize the direct drive. Then it can be operated in low-speed,high-torque, and high efficiency. The paper’s emphasis lied on the analysis of magnetic induction intensity and torque with the aid of Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 software, to get various characteristic curves.
