标题:弱磁调速用永磁同步电机设计分析

摘  要:在分析电机参数对弱磁调速性能影响的基础上,讨论了两种转子结构形式的内置式永磁同步电机设计。采用磁场有限元分析方法计算转子永磁体分段与不分段两种结构形式电机的电感参数,并基于理论公式计算比较它们的弱磁扩速性能。分析磁路饱和引起的电感参数非线性,讨论分段式永磁体结构中铁桥的存在对磁路饱和以及电机参数的影响。计算结果表明,电感参数非线性主要存在于电机的恒转矩运行区域,对弱磁调速性能的影响较小,分段式永磁体结构更适合弱磁调速。

Abstract: This paper dealed with the design of two interior pemanent magnet synchronous motors with different rotors based on analyzing the effect of parameters on flux-weakening control. Inductances of the motors with magnet segmented and non-segmented rotor were both calculated by field finite element analysis, followed by the comparison of their flux-weakening performances from theoretical formulas. Inductance nonlinearity caused by field saturation was analysed. The influence of iron bridge between magnet segments on field saturation and parameters was also studied. The calculation results show that the nonlinearity of inductance mainly exists in constant-torque operqtion and has less influence on flux-weakening performance. The motor with segmentation of  the rotor magnets is more suitable for flux-weakening control.
