标题:异步起动永磁同步电机铁耗分析及计算

摘要:异步起动永磁同步电机由于永磁体产生的气隙磁场分布非正弦,接近方波,而且空间谐波含量比感应电机高很多。传统感应电机齿部和轭部的铁耗修正系数难以保证异步起动永磁同步电机铁耗的准确计算。基于二维、三维场有限元模型,对异步起动永磁同步电机磁滞损耗、涡流损耗及结构件损耗进行分析,并针对8台4个型号异步起动永磁同步电机进行铁耗计算,分离风摩耗得出铁耗实验值。通过铁耗实验值计算值对比,对感应电机铁耗修正系数进行修正,使修正后的结果符合异步起动永磁同步电机铁耗计算的标准。

Abstract: The magnetic field distribution within air gap of the linestart synchronous permanent motor is a nonsinusoidal waveform, whose shape approaches squareform wave. Compared with induction motors, the wave consists of greater proportions of harmonics. The iron loss coefficients of tooth and yoke of traditional induction motor are not sufficient for the accurate calculation of linestart synchronous permanent motor. Based on 2D and 3D FEM model of linestart synchronous permanent motor, respectively, the hysteresis loss, eddy current loss and structural part stray loss was conducted. The iron loss calculation was conducted on 8 linestart synchronous permanent motors of 4 different types. After the subtraction of wind friction loss, the experimental iron loss value was acquired. Through the comparison between the experimental and calculated iron loss value, the iron loss correction coefficient is adjusted to align the results with the standards of iron calculation of linestart synchronous permanent motor.
