摘 要:无速度传感器感应电机具有价格低和高可靠性等优点,为取代速度传感器,提出了一种基于TMS320LF2812 DSP的无位置传感器异步电机矢量控制系统。文章主要介绍了矢量控制的基本方程,并根据这些方程建立模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)来估计转子磁链,最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真与基于DSP的无速度传感器异步电动机矢量控制实验进行对比分析,验证了该仿真和实际电机控制系统的调试都具有足够辨识精度,高动静态性能和高控制效果。 关键词:矢量控制;无位置传感器控制;模型参考自适应系统;Matlab/Simulink
Abstract: Speed Sensorless induction motors have the attractions of low cost and high reliability.To replace the sensor,proposed the position sensethes indrution motor vector control system,based on TMS320LF2812 DSP.The paper presentsed the vector-controlled basic equation,due to the equation,built the model reference adaptive systerm for estimating the rotor flux link.Finally,compared the results between Matlab/Simulink simulation and the experimentation of the sensorless asynchronous motor vector control based on DSP.The results verify the simulation and system have the high identification precision, excellet dynamic,static perfomances and high control effect.
