摘要:三相异步电动机的起动电流高达额定电流的5~8倍,对电网造成较大干扰,尤其在工业领域中的重载起动,有时可能对设备安全构成严重威胁。利用软起动技术不仅实现在整个起动过程中无冲击而平滑地起动电动机,而且可根据电动机负载的特性来调节起动过程中的参数,如限流值、起停时间等,以达到最佳的起停状态。 关键词:异步电动机;软起动 Abstract: Threephase asynchronous motor currents up to rated current of 5 to 8 times on the power grid caused some interference, especially in the industrial field of heavy start, it may sometimes pose a serious threat to the safety of equipment. The use of softstart technology not only start the process in the entire nonimpact and smooth start motor, but also according to the characteristics of the load motor to adjust the starting process parameters, such as limit values, startstop time in order to achieve the best effect stop state.
