摘 要:结合开放式系统需求,开发了一种开放式网络运动控制系统。采用“NC嵌入PC”结构,采用基于PCI总线的运动控制卡完成实时控制,以Windows为开发平台,利用Winsock控件,完成了开发客户端和控制服务器端的程序设计,实现了基于C/S结构的网络运动控制系统。实验表明,速度曲线中电机实际转速与给定转速波形基本相同,延时很小(4 ms),匀速段速度波动很小(±1%),误差只有±3脉冲,运行平稳没有速度超调,定位准确实时可靠,控制灵活、速度运行宽,具有友好的人机界面接口设计。 关键词:运动控制;开放性;以太网;伺服电机
Abstract: Considering the development trend of open NC system,this paper presented an open- architecture network motion controller system based on the technique of motion control. It used motion controller as its control system kernel and industrial control computer as its system sustaining cell,also introduced system function,hardware configuration and the method of software design base on PCI bus,Winsock process manages off- line tasks. Complete the development of the client and server programming and networks of movement control system base on the C/S structure. Experiment show that the same wavebetween the actual speed of electrical and given speed. Delay is very small(4ms), constant speed along the passage of the volatility(±1%), error is only ±3 pulses, run smoothly up and no speed super. The motion controller system achieves some excellent capabilities such as precise trajectory, little responding time,high precision in fixing position.
