摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机磁场高度饱和、静态特性高度非线性、难以用理论方法建模的问题,采用实验测量的方法获取其静态特性。基于间接检测磁链原理,设计了磁链测试电路,用示波器记录瞬态电压和电流波形,通过数值分析得到了磁链特性曲线和电感特性曲线;并开发了转矩测试电路,用转矩传感器直接测得样机的静态转矩特性。对实测的电感特性和静态转矩特性进行三次样条曲线拟合。测量结果与理论分析一致,其研究为实现开关磁阻电动机调速系统的建模、仿真和研发提供了依据。 关键词:开关磁阻电动机;静态特性;测试;实验;磁链特性;电感特性;转矩特性
Abstract: To the characteristic of motor fault diagnosis,this paper proposed the motor fault diagnosis new method based on genetic neural network.Genetic algorithm(GA)was used to optimize the initial weights in global view to avoid the inherent defect of local minimal points.The experiments could realize the fault diagnose of asynchronous motors,and proves that this method is correct and effective.
