摘 要:为降低开关磁阻电动机的转矩脉动,给出了四相8/6极开关磁阻电机的基本参数与转矩特性;采用二维有限元法对电机的定、转子极弧进行优化;在一定范围内改变原型机的定、转子极弧大小,分析得到了不同的定、转子极弧下的磁链和转矩曲线,并对相应的平均转矩和转矩脉动进行计算和对比。分析结果表明,对原型机而言,当定子极弧为21°、转子极弧为25°时,性能最佳,转矩脉动最小,平均输出转矩较大。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;极弧优化;转矩脉动;有限元分析
Abstract: The torque ripple is one of the main shortcomings for switched reluctance motor(SRM).This paper introduced the existing 8/6 SRM about basic parameters and torque characteristics,and optimized pole arcs by using two-dimensional finite element method(FEM)for the purpose of reducing torque ripple and improving performance.The authors presented the different curves of flux linkages,torques for various pole arcs for the stator and the rotor with calculated and comparison average torque and torque ripple.The results of FEM analysis indicated that stator pole arc of 21° and rotor pole arc of 25° will be perfect for this SRM,because it achieved the minimum torque ripple with higher average torque.
