摘要:针对采用位置传感器控制的开关磁阻电机(SRM)的诸多弊端,提出了一种基于非线性电感模型全速度范围无位置传感器控制方案。对SRM在起动,低速、高速驱动运行3种状态时的三相电感值,采用最优测量方法,通过转子模型与转子位置角度之间的函数关系实现转子位置间接估计。针对提出不同速度范围的控制方案,提出了双阀值滞环无位置算法切换策略。仿真结果表明,该方案能够实现SRM全速范围的可靠运行。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;非线性电感模型;无位置传感器;位置估计;全速度
Abstract: In view of disadvantages for SRM controlled with position sensor, a sensorless control strategy over entire speed range based on nonlinear inductance model was proposed. Optimal measuring methods for 3 phases inductance value were put forward when SRM worked at startup, low and high speed condition, function between inductance model and rotor position angle was indirectly used to estimate rotor position. The switching of position sensorless control algorithms was realized through double threshold hysteresis strategy. Simulation results showed that the sensorless control strategy was reliable over entire speed range.
