摘 要:针对风机类负载的转矩特性,在介绍永磁无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)数学模型的基础上,提出了一种建立无刷电机控制系统仿真模型的新方法,即在Matlab/Simulink 中,采用模块化建模方法和M文件编写S函数,搭建系统的仿真模型,并对样机进行了仿真。仿真结果符合理论分析。所建模型可方便地用于其他控制算法的仿真研究,为BLDCM控制算法的研究提供了新的方法。 关键词:无刷直流电机;建模;仿真;风机;负载;控制系统
Abstract: Based on the characteristics of fans load,analyzed the mathematic mode of the permanent magnetic brushless DC motor(BLDCM),presented a novel method for modeling and simulation of BLDCM control system in this paper.In Matlab/Simulink,the model of BLDCM control system was established by the modular design and S-functions programming with M-files,and the simulation experiment was accomplished on the sample motor.The simulation results are consistent with the theory analysis, and the method is valid.The parameter of this method is suitable for verifying the reasonability of other control algorithms and provides a new way for further research of the BLDCM.
