摘要:该文针对带有风机负载的磁悬浮轴承高速永磁同步电机的结构特点及其负载特点(负载转矩在零速及低速时可近似视为零),应用基于假想的转子位置的恒流启动法实现此类电机的启动,并实现了基于滑模观测器的转子位置检测方法,当其转速达到一定值,其反电动势信号具有足够的信噪比时,切换到基于滑模观测器的无位置传感器运行方式中。为验证此种方法的有效性和实用性,该文搭建了基于Matlab的Simulink仿真和电机矢量控制实验平台,对该方法进行了仿真和实验验证,仿真和实验表明,此种方法适用于带有风机负载的磁悬浮轴承高速永磁同步电机的无位置传感器启动。
