摘要:本论文以科技部国家科技支撑计划项目“高效节能缝制设备伺服控制系统的研发”为背景,针对工业锁眼机的主轴驱动系统进行深入研究,首先给出了主轴伺服电机的数学模型,在此基础上介绍了一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的电机控制技术,论述了SVPWM控制模式的原理,并给出了实现过程。 关键词:工业锁眼机;主轴伺服电机;控制原理;数学模型
Abstract: The thesis is basd on the national science and technology support project name by “the research and development of efficient sewing equipment servo control system”. The paper made an indepth research in industrial buttonhole sewing machine drive system. Firstly established the servo motor′s mathematical model, Secondly introduced a method based on the motor control technology of space vector pulse width modulation ( SVPWM ) and discussed the SVPWM control mode in detail, and gave the implementation process.
