摘要:本文提出了一种新的电流环、转速环双闭环系统的设计方法,该方法减小了经典设计方法小时间常数处理引入的误差,同时通过比例微分单元实现零极点对消,对消掉较大时间常数的极点,然后按照典型Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型系统的设计准则设计系统的调节器。通过实验对比证明,本文提出的设计方法设计的系统具有超调量小、过渡时间快的优点。该方法能够用于对超调、过渡时间要求高的电流环、转速环双闭环系统设计。
关键词:电流环;转速环;超调;过渡时间;零极点对消 Abstract: In this paper, presented a new dualloop system design method about current loop and speed loop. The method reduced error introduced by the classical smalltime constant processing design methods. At the same time, proportion differential element was used to carry out the zeropole point cancellation, and the large time constant of the pole were canceled. Then the regulator of the system was designed according to design criterion of the typical type 1 and type 2 system. Experiment prove the system designed by this method have advantages of small overshoot and fast transition time. So, the method can be used to design dualloop system of current loop, speed loop that have high requirement of small overshoot and fast transition time.
