摘要:反电势波形函数是永磁无刷直流电机建模的关键。本文针对对转结构永磁无刷直流电动机的反电势波形函数提出了一种计及齿槽效应影响的精确处理方法,即气隙径向磁密函数法。应用此方法建立了对转结构永磁无刷直流电机的Simulink模型,将仿真结果与有限元软件Maxwell的分析结果进行了比对。结果表明该方法可以提高系统模型的仿真精确性,为对转结构永磁无刷直流电机的性能和控制策略研究提供了基础。
关键词:对转结构;永磁无刷直流电机;气隙径向磁密;Simulink;有限元法 Abstract: Back EMF waveform function is the key point in the modeling of permanent magnet brushless DC motor(PMBLDCM), however it′s widely simplified in the process of modeling. For the back EMF waveform function, proposed an accurate processing method which consider the influence of cogging effect, namely radial air gap flux density function method. By using this method, constructed the model of counter-rotating-structure PMBLDCM on Simulink,Compared the simulation results of this model and the analysis results of the finite element analysis software Maxwell. The result show that this method can improve the simulation accuracy of the system model.
