摘 要:该文根据对转式与普通永磁无刷直流电机区别,建立了对转永磁无刷直流电机的数学模型,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件建立了电机的仿真模型,并对电机带螺旋桨负载进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:仿真波形与理论分析基本一致,验证该模型的有效性,为对转式永磁无刷直流电机的控制算法研究提供了工具。 关键词:对转式;无刷直流电机;建模;仿真
Abstract: Contra-rotating permanent magnet brushless DC motor uses permanent magnet as the outer rotor,the armature winding as the inner rotor,both inner and outer rotor interacts on the reverse rotation by means of the magnetic force. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of contra-rotating BLCDM, the model of BLDCM was established by the modular design in Matlab/Simulink, and the simulation experiment was accomplished with a propeller loads. The simulation results are consistent with the theory analysis, and the method is valid. The parameter of this method is suitable for verifying the reasonability of other control algorithms and provides a new way for further research of the contra-rotating BLDCM.
