摘要:永磁电机定子齿冠开辅助槽可以有效抑制电机齿槽转矩。以一台20槽16极的永磁电动机为例,通过有限元法建立电动机电磁场模型,利用Ansoft软件分析了辅助槽对永磁电机齿槽转矩大小的影响。研究表明,齿槽转矩的大小与电机的极槽数、辅助槽的尺寸、间距和槽型的选择有关,设计辅助槽要遵循一定的规则,合理设计定子齿冠的辅助凹槽可以有效抑制齿槽转矩,反之则可能反会增大齿槽转矩。
关键词:永磁电机;齿槽转矩;辅助槽 Abstract: By notching auxiliary slot in the top of stator teeth, the cogging torque of permanent magnet motors can be effectively reduced. The cogging torque of a 16 slots, 20 poles PM motor was analyzed by using FEM and Ansoft software at different numbers, sizes and groove shapes of auxiliary slot. The results show that the cogging torque are associated with the number of slots and poles, size and groove shapes of auxiliary slot. The cogging torque can be reduced by selecting the appropriate auxiliary slot, or it may be increased if you don't follow the rules.
