标题:定子无铁心轴向磁场永磁电机永磁体损耗研究

摘要:针对定子无铁心轴向磁场永磁电机在不同驱动方式下,转子永磁体损耗会使永磁体温度升高,影响电机效率等性能,由于铷铁硼较低的居里温度,严重时甚至会导致永磁体过热退磁。本文采用有限元软件仿真研究了定子无铁心轴向磁场永磁电机在正弦波与方波驱动方式下的转子永磁体涡流损耗的变化,并分析了将永磁体多次分割在不同驱动方式下永磁体涡流损耗的变化规律;在分割永磁体的同时加入屏蔽层进一步影响涡流损耗的变化情况。结果表明,“分块+屏蔽层”的方式能大大降低转子永磁体的涡流损耗。

Abstract: For the stator coreless axial flux permanent motors(SCAFPM)in different wave drive, the eddy-current loss in the permanent magnets cannot be underestimated in that it has serious implication on the motors efficiency, due to its lower Curie temperature, even demagnetizes the permanent magnets because of the overheating problem. In this paper, with the help of the finite element model (FEM) software, permanent magnets eddy current losses for SCAFPM was studied with sine wave drive and square wave drive, then the multiple objects segmentation of permanent magnets was analyzed, and the conditions after joining the shielding layer were studied. The results show that the eddycurrent loss in the permanent magnets can be significantly reduced by means of ‘the multiple objects segmentation + the shielding layer’.
