摘 要:介绍了一种无刷直流陀螺电动机的设计。电机本体采用大角动量结构和径向磁化永磁体构成的串联磁路结构,并采取了减小齿槽转矩、定子铁耗和转子涡流损耗的有效对策。其与专用控制器联接,实现了起动可靠、起动时间短及转速稳定度高等技术要求,保证了系统的测量精度和工作可靠性。最后针对设计中的不足之处提出了改进方案。 关键词:无刷直流;陀螺电动机;齿槽转矩;铁耗;转子涡流损耗
Abstract: A brushless DC gyro motor was introduced in this paper. Main body of the motor adopted great angular momentum structure and series magnetic circuit being made of radial magnetization magnet. Some effective minimization techniques of cogging torque, stator iron losses and rotor eddy-current loss were adopted. The motor connected with controller achieved some technical requirement such as starting credibility, rapid start and high speed stabilization. So the measure precision and working reliability of the system were ensured. Finally, put forward an improved project aiming at the deficiency.
