摘 要:利用Ansoft Maxwell 2D 软件对大扭矩永磁交流伺服电动机进行了二维电磁场有限元分析。利用有限元分析结果对磁通密度、电磁力矩和反电动势等相关参数进行了仿真。仿真结果和试制样机测试结果基本一致,该文的研究方法和结果对同类型电动机的电磁设计有较高的参考意义。 关键词:永磁交流伺服电动机;稳态电磁场;有限元;磁通密度;电磁转矩;反电动势
Abstract: The paper dealed with the electromagnetic design of a large torque permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). The 2D static magnetic field was studied based on the finite element analysis (FEA). By using the output data from the field computation,the performance characteristics of the motor,such as the flux density,the electromagnetic torque and the back electromotive force (Back EMF) were obtained.
