摘要:为了兼顾步进电机控制器的高性能运行性能和高集成度两个方面的特点,设计了一种基于DSP的多通道度集成化步进电机细分控制器。该控制器能同时控制3个通道的步进电机运行,各通道共用一个DSP和D/A转换芯片。通道间能够单独工作,并且每个通道的步进电机可以实现多细分控制。实验结果表明该设计有效提高步进电机的运行性能和控制器的集成度。
