摘 要:完成了一套采用以太网通讯的多路天文台圆顶三相异步电机控制系统。采用支持NIOSⅡ软核技术的FPGA芯片作为主控制器,主要完成以太网的底层驱动开发; AX88180作为MAC芯片为MAC控制器为不同的圆顶编写MAC地址,并负责数据包的发送和接收; Marvell 88E1111作为PHY物理层芯片通过RJ-45接口与PC机通信。并且在Visual C++的环境下编写多路圆顶的控制界面,创造性的实现了多路三相异步电机以太网通讯实时控制。 关键词:FPGA;三相异步电机;AX88180;以太网控制 Abstract: An integral ethernet control system of multipath three-phase asynchronous motors was developed successfully. Used FPGA chip based on NIOSⅡ soft core technology to creat NIOS system as main controller, the controller drives accessory equipments. Used Gigabit Ethernet controller AX88180 to allocate MAC address of several domes, send and receive data packets. Marvell 88E1111 was used as the physical layer chip to connect the control system to PC. The operational software was written using visual C++,which can control multipath three-phase asynchronous motors synchronously.
