摘 要:为减少无轴承同步磁阻电机的成本,提高其实用性,提出了一种基于高频注入法的无传感自检测技术,通过在转矩绕组注入脉动高平电压信号,利用电机空间凸极效应及,实现对转子速度的有效预测。利用Matlab仿真软件构建了仿真系统,仿真结果表明该自检测方法能实现对转子的位置/速度准确预测,并能实现无传感器方式的稳定悬浮运行。 关键词:无轴承同步磁阻电机;脉动高电压信号;速度自检测;空间凸极效应
2Abstract: To reduce the cost of bearingless synchronous reluctance motor and improve its practicability, a novel rotor position and speed estimation scheme using fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection method was suggested. Based on motor space-saliency effect, the rotor speed can be observed simultaneously by injecting fluctuating high frequency voltage signal into torque winding. Simulation study demonstrates that proposed method is capable of precisely estimating rotor position/speed and is able to achieve stable sensorless suspension operation.
