标题:基于高频信号注入法的电流测量增益误差补偿

摘要:针对永磁同步电动机相电流采样增益误差引起的电流测量精度降低的问题,采用了一种周期性注入高频电压补偿电流增益误差的方法。高频电流响应中的正相序分量和负相序分量用于平衡和补偿相电流测量增益误差。这种方法可以用于电动机的初步调试或者起动阶段,也可以周期性的用于电动机常规运行阶段。仿真结果表明,这种补偿算法可以有效的消除相电流测量增益误差,抑制误差所引起的转矩和转速脉动,提高交流调速系统的稳态和动态性能。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of current measurement accuracy reduction caused by the pha se current sampling gain error of PMSM. It presented a method for compensating current measurement gain errors using a periodically injected high frequency voltage, the positive and negative sequence components of the resulting high frequency current were measured and used for balancing and scaling the phase current measurement gains. The method can be used either as part of an initial commissioning or start up sequence,or periodically during the regular operation of the machine. The simulation results show that the proposed compensation algorithm can effectively eliminate the phase current measurement gain error, suppress the error caused by the pulsating torque and rotational speed, improve the steady state and dynamic performance of the ac adjustable speed system.
