摘 要:以中凸变椭圆活塞为例,研究了非圆截面零件的车削加工成形原理,在分析了加工过程中对刀具进给的要求的基础上,设计了以音圈直线电机直接驱动刀具的伺服进给系统,并实现了高速往复运动控制,最后在搭建的试验平台上模拟加工椭圆横截面,试验结果验证这套进给系统方案是可行的。 关键词:音圈直线电机;伺服控制;非圆车削;进给系统
Abstract: Taking the piston which has a middle-convex shape and variable ellipticity for example, the principle of shaping noncircular accessory using turning machine was studied. Based on the analysis of qualifications of the tool feeding system, the tool servo feeding system directly driven by a voice coil linear actuator was designed, and it could realize reciprocating motion control at a high speed. Simulation of machining ellipse cross section was accomplished on the platform built for testing, and the testing results indicate the feeding system is practicable.
