摘要:针对非圆零件车削加工对电机响应速度的要求,设计了一种采用音圈直线电机直接驱动刀具的伺服机构,并构建了伺服控制系统,在搭建的实验平台上,以中凸变椭圆活塞为例进行加工,实验结果表明,该设计方案可以满足非圆截面零件的车削加工要求。 关键词:音圈直线电机;非圆零件;车削加工 Abstract: In order to meet the requirement of noncircular part turning, a servo mechanism was designed to drive the tool directly by the voice coil linear motor. A servo control system was constructed. Experiments was carried out on the platform, and the results show that the design can meet the turning requirements of noncircular crosssection parts.
