标题:基于退火遗传算法的电子节气门滑模控制参数优化

摘要:电子节气门是汽车发动机重要的控制部件之一,其对汽车加减速、耗油量有很大的影响。为了提高电子节气门的控制性能,首先对电子节气门进行分析,建立其数学模型,之后分别设计了滑模变结构控制器滑模面和指数趋近控制律,然后使用退火遗传算法对滑模控制趋近律的系数变量进行离线整定,得到趋近律的相关参数。最后在Simulink中建立节气门模型及滑模控制器并进行仿真,结果表明模型误差小于5%,模型可以较好的反映节气门的工作情况。滑模控制及PID对比仿真结果表明,滑模控制的跟随性、超调量等均优于PID控制。

Abstract: Electronic throttle is one of the important control parts of automobile engine, which has significant influence over the acceleration and fuel consumption. In order to improve the control performance of electronic throttle, an electronic throttle mathematical model was established in Simulink based on the structure analysis, then the sliding surface and exponential reaching law of sliding variable structure controller were designed. By using the annealing genetic algorithm, the parameters of sliding mode control were presented offline. The model was verified and simulation results indicate that the model error was less than 5%. The model can be reflect the working conditions of the throttle. Finally, the sliding mode and PID control were simulated and compared. The results show that the following performance, overshoot of sliding controller are higher than the performance of PID.
