摘要:探讨了负载转矩、轴联转动惯量等因素对同步电机控制系统位置响应的影响。研究表明,负载增加将延缓位置环响应,需要提高调节器比例系数以加快响应过程。随着转动惯量增加,调节器比例系数必须下降,以保证系统获得接近临界阻尼响应过程。合适设置位置响应误差限,对提高位置响应性能具有现实意义,文中给出其设置方法。为使系统对负载转动惯量具有适应性,提出在线转动惯量检测法,以实现电机轴联转动惯量在线检测,其检测精度满足工程需要,能够实现在轴联转动惯量变化时调节器参数的自调整,系统可以获得优异的位置响应。 关键词:永磁同步电机;位置控制;转动惯量;自检测;参数调整
Abstract:The influences of load torque,rotational inertia,and etc on position response of PMSM control system were studied.The investigation results show that,when load increases,the position response will be delayed,the proportion coefficient of adjuster must be enhanced to quicken response.When rotational inertia increases,the proportion coefficient of adjuster must be descend to ensure position control system to be critical damp course.The position response error valve which was set suitably has practical meaning to enhance position response performance,the setting means was put forward in the paper.To ensure the system be suitable to rotational inertia of load,on-line rotational inertia self-detection was put forward,its detection precision satisfied practical requirements,which can be used to automatically regulate adjuster’s parameter when the rotational inertia changed,and excellent position response performance can be achieved.
