标题:基于脉振高频注入法的永磁同步电机初始位置检测优化算法研究

摘要:对脉振高频注入表贴式永磁同步电机(Surface Mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machines,SPMSM)无传感器控制系统初始位置检测,传统的高频脉振电压信号注入法是把脉振高频电压信号注入估计的转子参考坐标系中,检测永磁同步电机定子侧的高频电流响应,在此基础上,针对滤波器提取位置信息中会使信号延迟、电流环带宽减小等情况,根据电机的数学模型,在高频电流信号的处理过程中减少滤波器的使用,简化了系统结构,减少了转子和转速的估测时间,可以得到估计的比较准确的转子位置和转速,实现电机无速度传感器在零低速范围内的转子位置估计。最后用Matlab/Simulink平台对优化后的电机系统进行了仿真分析,实验结果证明与传统的方法相比优化后的永磁同步电机无传感器控制系统的精度和稳定性得到提高。

Abstract: Initial position check of sensorless control system for pulse vibration high frequency injection meter pasted PMSM,The conventional high frequency pulse voltage signal injection method is to inject the high frequency pulse voltage signal into the estimated rotor reference coordinate system. The high frequency current response of the stator side of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is detected,on the basis of this, it is pointed out that the signal delay and current ring bandwidth will be reduced when the position information is extracted by the filter. According to the mathematical model of the motor,reducing the use of filters in the processing of high frequency current signals simplifies the system structure. The estimated time of rotor and speed is reduced,the position and speed of the rotor can be estimated accurately. The rotor position estimation of the motor without speed sensor in the zero low speed range is realized. Finally, Matlab/Simulink platform was used to simulate and analyze the optimized motor system,the experimental results show that the precision and stability of the sensorless control system of PMSM are improved compared with the traditional method.
