摘要:为了克服机械式传感器给永磁同步电机调速系统带来的缺陷,深入研究了永磁同步电机脉振高频电压信号注入法的原理,采用PI控制算法对转子位置进行无偏估计,实现了永磁同步电机无传感器的矢量控制。在以TMS320LF2407A为控制核心的实验平台上进行了验证,结果表明脉振高频电压信号注入法切实可行,能够实现电机的正反转、加载等实验,具有良好的调速性能指标。
关键词:永磁同步电机;脉振高频电压信号注入法;无传感器控制;矢量控制 Abstract: In order to overcome the defects caused by mechanical sensor to the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulating system,indepth study of the principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor fluctuating highfrequency voltage signal injection method,used PI control algorithm to unbiased estimate the rotor position, and realised of sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control.On the experiment platform with TMS320LF2407A as the control core was verified, the results show that the fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection method was feasible and could achieve motor and reverse, load experiment, such as good speed regulation performance metrics.
