摘 要:无刷直流电机控制系统实现最佳换相可以使无刷直流电机发挥出最佳的性能。文章以无刷直流电机工作在三相星型六个状态模式为基础,详细分析了最佳换相、超前换相和滞后换相情况下线电压差值与霍尔换相信号相位之间的关系,据此提出一种补偿换相信号偏差的新型闭环控制方法。该补偿方法以两相线电压差作为信号量,前后两次换相时刻采集的非对称信号量偏差值作为反馈量,通过PI调节器达到补偿霍尔换相信号相位偏差的目的。仿真和实验证明该方法能够实时、有效地补偿换相信号的相位偏差。 关键词:相位偏差;无刷直流电机;相位补偿;闭环控制
Abstract: When the precise commutation of brushless DC motor automatic control system was realized, the brushless DC motor could be running in the best performance. In this paper, the precise commutation, leading commutation and delaying commutation of brushless DC motor with three-phase Y-connected windings was discussed. The relationship between line voltage difference and hall communication signal was analyzed and a new closed-loop compensation control method was presented. The compensation method used the difference of two line voltage as a semaphore and the asymmetric semaphore of line voltage bias as feedback signal. By this way the phase position deviation of hall commutation signal was corrected through the PI adjuster. The simulation and experimental results verify the effective of the proposed method.
