摘 要:由于安装在永磁同步电机定子上的线性霍尔传感器的输出模拟信号与转子气隙磁场强度成比例,与反电动势同相位,通过使用线性霍尔传感器代替光电编码器和开关霍尔传感器,可得到转子的位置和速度信息;在此基础上,给出一种不需要在静止坐标系和旋转坐标系之间相互变换,可以在静止坐标系中直接产生相电流命令的磁场定向控制算法。将研制的交流伺服系统应用在工业缝纫机中,结果表明运行可靠,且具有较高性价比,有一定推广使用价值。 关键词:霍尔传感器;伺服控制;磁场定向控制;永磁同步电机;工业缝纫机
Abstract: Presented the design and architecture implementation of AC servo control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor with sinusoidal flux distribution using linear Hall effect sensors as the motor feedback devices.Because the linear Hall effect sensors mounted on the stator produce an analog output signal which was proportional to the intensity of the induced field by the permanent magnet and was exactly in phase with backEMF,the position and speed information of the rotor can be obtained from the measured linear Hall effect sensor signals by using the linear Hall effect sensors in place of optical encoders and latched Hall effect sensors normally used.Furthermore,the novel field-orientated control algorithm was achieved by generating current references in the three phase stationary frame without the stationary-to-rotating reference frame transformation and its inverse.This AC servo control system is applied in industrial sewing machine,and the experiment results show that the proposed control system is available,reasonable and has the better performance and lower cost.
