摘要:针对无刷直流电机负载运行时稳态转速跟踪误差大,转矩脉动明显的问题,提出了基于积分型滑模面设计的一种滑模控制算法,搭建了速度调节采用滑模控制,电流调节利用PI控制的调速控制系统仿真模型,并进行仿真实验研究。仿真实验结果表明,与PI控制算法和模糊PI控制算法的控制系统相比,该系统动态响应快速,负载运行时跟踪转速误差小,转矩脉动不明显,电机参数变化影响小,系统鲁棒性强。 关键词:无刷直流电机;积分型滑模面;滑模控制;鲁棒性
Abstract: The brushless DC motor has big speed tracking error during the load operation condition, and the torque ripple is obvious. In order to solve the problem, a sliding mode control algorithm based on the integraltype sliding surface was proposed in this paper. The simulation model of the speed control system was built in the Simulink and the related simulation experiments were done. For the motor control system, the speed is regulated with the sliding mode controller, and the current is regulated with the PI controller. Simulation results show that the system with sliding mode control algorithm has fastest dynamic response and smallest speed tracking speed error, compared with the PI control algorithm and fuzzy PI control algorithm. In addition, the torque ripple of the designed system is not obvious, and the motor parameter variation has little influence on the control system, so it has strong robustness.
