摘 要:介绍了基于相移PWM的超声波电机H桥控制电路结构,给出了控制电路的一种低成本实现方法,分析了其组成和工作原理。在此基础上,从电路效率、变压器输出电压谐波、电机端电压幅值控制线性度等方面,分析了相移PWMH桥电路与目前常用的推挽式电路的性能差异。经实验验证,该控制电路工作效果良好。 关键词:超声波电机;控制电路;相移PWM;H桥;实验
Abstract: The ultrasonic motor‘s H-bridge control circuit based on phase-shift PWM technology was introduced in this paper.A low-cost implementary circuit of the phase-shift PWM signal generator was designed and analyzed.The experimental results proved that,the design was correct.On the basis of the new designed circuit,the difference of performances between the phase-shift H-bridge circuit and push-pull circuit was analyzed.
